FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has rotating drum with measuring chambers and radial turning partitions. To simplify construction of device, to extend dose control range and to provide for multirow delivery of dose, drum is made in the form of external and internal tubes and fitted with shell. Measuring chambers are positioned in external tube, and radial partitions are secured on internal tube which is mounted for turning and fixing with respect to external tube.
