The hinge has two hinge halves, a hinge pin and a door fixing device, which has a spring-biased engagement part (10) supported at one hinge half (2) and at least one brake or holder part (8) supported at the other hinge half. The door fixing device has a cylinder casing (6) fixed to one door part, a cylinder core (7) fixed to the other door part and at least one radially-adjustable engagement part in one of the cylinder casing or core.
