A digital micromirror device chip (DMD) projector having a DMD chip is complemented by a light polarisation rotary disc which produces a simultaneous representation of images per picture element to be represented and consequently finally per image. If images for the one eye are shown using the one polarisation direction, and images for the other eye using the other polarisation direction, an observer wearing glasses which have two appropriately light-polarised lenses sees three dimensional images on a large-screen projection surface.
|
