The holding fixture comprises a metal bracket (1) on which the plastics part (3) can be fixed. The bracket consists of two elements (10a,b) which are connected together via at least one adjustment member (5). The bracket elements are formed as hollow sections. The outer contour of the adjustment element is slightly smaller than the inner cross-section of the hollow section of each bracket element. Two opposite brackets may be connected via two cross-members in order to form a rectangular frame. The bracket elements are made from aluminium, and the plastics part is made of thermoplastic. Each bracket element has bores (50a-f). The plastics part is panel-shaped and has slots (51a-f) along its edge region. The slots are arranged such that they pass to the corresponding bores of the bracket element. The plastics part and the bracket elements are preferably connected together by screws (52a-f).
