Sprung arrow system for sport bows

The arrow system consists of a head (1) which during shooting is pushed in, with a rod which has an inner cylinder, into a guide sleeve (9). This causes the spring to be loaded. The inner cylinder moves against a piston (4), and the air inside the cylinder is displaced and discharged via bores (5,6). The displacement of air causes a damping effect which increases the stick-slip-effect during immersion of arrow.
