Diode voltage shifter circuit with temp variation suppression

The circuit has at least one silicon diode, e.g. a Zener diode, forming a voltage divider, connected between an initial voltage level and an operating voltage, together with an ohmic resistor, the intermediate node between the diode and the resistor forming the circuit output providing the shifted voltage level. A regulating loop with a difference amplifier (OP1) and an integrator (OP2) provides the operating voltage source for the voltage divider, regulated for compensating the temp-dependent variations and aging of the silicon diode.
