An outer water-tight housing (1) has an opening (1a) for the fastening release and film transport control (10a). The control transfers a rotary film transport movement and transverse fastening release movement to corresponding controls (10b) inside the housing. A single one-piece sealing element (8) for transferring the fastening release and film transport movement closes the opening (1a) so as to render it water-tight. The sealing element may consist of a flexible, circular, elastic polymeric membrane part (8a) and a cylindrical, rigid polymeric pin part (8b).
