<p>A method of effecting deep relaxation for humans which incorporates three techniques which act in synergistic manner including acupuncture, traditional Chinese Qigong and music (4, 5) where the method includes activating with electrical pulses selected acupuncture points (7, 9) while the recipient effects deep breathing and deep compression of the abdomen and while listening to appropriate music.</p> |
