Immunoassay for two antigens A and B in a biological sample comprises contacting the sample with an anti-A antibody, detecting antigen A by means of a reaction catalysed by an enzyme attached to the anti-A antibody, inhibiting the enzyme, contacting the sample with an anti-B antibody and detecting antigen B by means of a reaction catalysed by an enzyme attached to the anti-B antibody, this enzyme being the same as that attached to the anti-A antibody.
