To minimise the length of connecting lines between at least one transmitting antenna element (3), at least one receiving antenna element (41, 42, 43) and a common oscillator (5), the receiving antenna element (41, 42, 43) is located outside the radiated field pattern (7) of the transmitting antenna element (3), the transmitting (3) and the receiving (41, 42, 43) antenna elements being oriented in different directions. A passive reflector (10) deflects reflected radar beams (9) towards the receiving antenna element (41, 42, 43) and/or deflects radar beams (7) emitted by the transmitting antenna element (3) in a desired direction.
