Switching cubicle with rain deflector

A switching cubicle with a door and a lid has a rain-deflecting device in the transition region between the upper horizontal edge of the door and/or walls and the lid. A drain channel (30) is formed in the transition region on the lid (20) or door (10) and/or walls and the pertinent component(s) has/have guides to direct rain into the channel. There is a peripheral seal with horizontal and vertical sealing elements(11) for the interior of the cubicle. The drain channel is above the upper horizontal sealing element and runs its entire length, with an outlet at least at one end(14). The seal is attached to the door and/or walls, lying against the legs of the frame.
