The holders (1,2 and 3,4) of one type of two designs (1,2) have clock springs (15). Two operating rotary discs (24,25) are connected to two rotary discs (27,28) for cleaning the coatings. One type of disc for cleaning the coatings has a deposit top piece. Two swivel top parts are connected to two discs for cleaning the coatings (32,33). The holders have swivel top parts (5) and recesses (16). The clock spring has a container sleeve (13) in the holder and on the fixture fitment (29) incorporating the pivot axles of the rotary discs.
