The second carriage (27) carrying the turning-swivelling mechanism is positioned on and across the first carriage (8). Two tracks (2,3) and two rails (10,11) for the first carriage are fixed above the action area. Across these tracks and rails are tracks (21,22) and rails (38,39) for the second carriage. Both carriages each have a box-shaped chassis (9,28) and four wheels each (4-7;23-26). The first carriage has a first servo motor (17) and at least two drive rollers (13,14) joined by an axle (12). The second carriage is guided to the side by spacer rollers (29-32) and is stabilised by a track (35) and rollers (33,34). The second carriage has at least two drive rollers (44,45) in contact with the rails and a second servomotor, with a third servomotor (52) on its chassis. The bracket (59) supporting the camera (61) is fixed to the end of the swivel mechanism (53-58).
