<p>A method of reducing traffic congestion in cells of a cellular radio communication system in which the handover margin to be satisfied to enable handover of a call from one base station to another to be initiated is reduced, so facilitating the handover of mobile stations in the periphery of a congested cell to neighbouring cells so relieving the congestion in the congested cell.</p> |
