The pistons support on flattened support surfaces of the eccentric ring located rotatably on an eccentric of the eccentric shaft. At least one support component arrangement is provided, which independently of the pressure conditions in the pump chamber (30), tensions a stabilisation part supporting on the pump housing against a stabilisation surface of the eccentric ring. For prevention of rotary/tipping vibrations of the eccentric ring (14) in the suction throttle drive a hydraulic displacement component arrangement (40) is provided, with which the eccentric ring is stabilised in each movement phase of the pump by active pressure application on the displacement component arrangement.
