The invention relates to a measuring device comprising a flow cell (R1) having an inflow and an outflow, a middle cell (R2) separated from the measuring cell by a semi-permeable preliminary purification membrane, as well as a measuring cell (Rs) separated from the middle cell by a semi-permeable preliminary purification membrane. A pressure gauge is also provided to measure pressure in measuring cell. Unlike prior art middle cell (R2) comprises a derivation. This measuring device enables, for instance, alcohol content to be continually determined in beer. Preliminary purification device is advantageously provided with a reverse osmosis membrane. Falsification of measurement result can thus be avoided.
