A system for monitoring biocide treatments

A probe (11) is conveniently positioned in the medium wherein the monitoring is carried out; the probe is formed by two electrodes (13, 14) of notable difference in nobility connected by an electric resistance (R) high enough to ensure that the voltage difference between its terminals is sufficiently great to permit accurate and simultaneous determinations of the growth of biofouling and the chlorine concentration by measuring the potential difference variations between the said terminals.
