The invention relates to a device for separate removal from a holder filled with electronic components, in particular so-called lead frames, mounted on carriers or for introduction of the carriers into an at least partly empty holder. The device according to the invention comprises a frame with a feed position and a discharge position, a lift connected to the frame for moving a holder in indexed manner in vertical direction along removing means respectively along supply means, and transporting means for displacing a holder from a feed position to a lift and from the lift to the discharge position. The lift is also provided with at least one suction nozzle for positioning a cassette on the lift.
