PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably use a device by restricting danger of blocking of blowdown pipings of a steam separator, and correctly grasping generation of the blocking. SOLUTION: In blowdown pipings to send blowdown water from a bottom part of a steam separator 3 including cooling water to be circulated and supplied to a cooling plate 1a of a fuel cell main body 1 to a generated water recovering device 6 to recover water included in air-off gas and combustion waste gas, a heat exchanger 14 for blowdown water on the primary side and low- temperature coolant supplied from the external of a system on the secondary side is provided. A temperature sensor 15 is assembled at an exit part for the coolant on the secondary side in the heat exchanger 14, and output of the temperature sensor 15 is sent to a control device 16 which generates an alarm signal when a detected temperature of the temperature sensor 15 is a prescribed value or less in an opened condition of a blowdown control valve 7. |
