PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve strength and to improve latitude in printing by overlapping and fixing an optical disk substrate without an information recording layer onto the optical disk substrate with the information recording layer. SOLUTION: The disk substrate 3 is stuck and fixed to the disk substrate 2 by adhesive through an adhesive layer 11. Then, an information display layer 12 is a first printing layer of a character and a color, and this first printing layer 12 is formed on nearly the whole surface of the disk substrate 3, and the contents are visualized. Further, a second printing layer 9 as the information display layer is provided between a protection layer 5 and the adhesive layer 11. An auxiliary exposition, etc., related to recording information recorded on an information recording layer 7 is printed on the second printing layer 9 so as to be visualized through a translucent film 6. |
