PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set an appropriate output destination at all times in matching with the operating state of a personal computer by improving the operability with respect to output destination setting of a print image at the start and end of utilizing a conference system. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a detection means 53 detecting connection/ disconnection of a communication line 57, an output destination revision means 54 revising the output destination of a print image depending on the detection result, and a storage means 55 storing output destination information of the print image, and revises an output destination to a common share window 56a in the case of connection of the communication line 57, the output destination (a peripheral output device 56b such as a printer) at the connection of the communication line 57 is saved in the storage means 55 and returned to the original output destination having been saved at the disconnection of the communication line 57, then in the case of using a personal computer as a terminal equipment of a conference system, the output destination is revised to the common share window 56a when the personal computer is used for a terminal equipment of the conference system and to a peripheral output device 56b when the personal computer is used as usual. |
