SOLUTION: In the case of sending binary data denoting a count n in a plurality of bits, the data are sent in a way that a transmission carrier is sent for a prescribed time τ at the start of transmission, no carrier is sent for a time Tn being a sum of a prescribed delay time t and a time corresponding to the count n, and then the transmission carrier is sent for the prescribed time τ. The time Tn when the transmission carrier is not sent is expressed as Tn=t+n.a (a is a constant time). |
