PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the positional slippage of a container in case of opening and closing a container cover for increasing the working efficiency by a method wherein container cover opening and closing arms and vacuum pads are respectively provided on the positions distant from each other making a specific angle around vertical axis in the lower end part of a rotary frame for opening and closing the container cover. SOLUTION: Container cover opening and closing arms (opening and closing arms) 28, 29 are rotatably supported in the vertical direction on the positions distant from each other at 180 degrees in the lower end part of a rotary frame F. Besides, the opening and closing arms 28, 29 are respectively provided with vacuum pads 33, 36 sucking at a cover T of the container so as to rotate the opening and closing arms in upward direction for opening the cover T. On the contrary, the opening and closing arms 28, 29 are rotated downward so as to shift the cover T sucked at the pads 33, 36 downward for closing the cover T. By decelerating the rotating rate of the opening and closing arms 28, 29, the effect of the negative pressure on the container exercised when the cover T is separated from the container can be relaxed. |
