PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document transfer system which flexibly corresponds to the case when a transmission route is required to be changed while a document is sent and which can securely transmit the document to a user who requires it. SOLUTION: A person in charge prepares the document or updates the document by using computer terminals 10a,.... A transfer destination description table describing information on the document, and the corresponding relation of the person executing a processing and a person in charge, to whom the document is to be sent next, is stored in a storage part 30. When the transfer of document data is indicated from the computer terminals 10a,..., a server 20 extracts information the document and information on the person in charge from the document data and specifies the person of the transfer destination based on the transfer destination description table. Then, document data is sent to the specified person in charge by using a computer network. |
