<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a full-wave rectifying circuit, having a circuit structure which can facilitate size reduction relatively easily for an integrated circuit formation. SOLUTION: Reference voltage Vref is applied to the base of a first transistor 1 through an input resistor 11 and is applied directly to the base of a third transistor 3, respectively. When a signal to be rectified is applied to the base of the first transistor 1, the first or the third transistor 1, 3 becomes active according to the change in the applied signal, differential amplification is made together with a second transistor 2, and its differential output is inputted into an operational amplifier 12. The output of the operational amplifier 12 is fed back to the base of the first transistor 1 through feedback resistors 14, 15, and to the base of the second transistor 2, through the feedback resistor 14 respectively. From an output terminal 13, a full-wave rectifying signal whose phase and amplitude are identical to the signal to be rectified can be obtained.</p> |
