PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To wind fibers around a mandrel at a proper angle without cutting roving fibers or generating feathers by attaching at least one of two or more guides provided to a moving apparatus in a revolvable manner. SOLUTION: A feed eye 20 in an apparatus for producing a fiber reinforced resin pipe or a pipe joint is constituted by vertically providing first and second guides 23, 24 having a T-shape to the base end and leading end sides of an arm 22 provided to an attaching flange 21 in a protruding state in parallel and the first guide 23 can be revolved. The fixing flange 21 of the feed eye 20 is fixed to a moving device 31, that is, an articulated robot arm. By this constitution, the first guide 23 can be revolved with respect to the moving device 31 with the degree of freedom of two axes. Therefore, roving fibers 2 are not cut or fluffed and led out of the second guide 24 to be wound around a mandrel 1. |
