PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly heat a can for laminating a decorating film rapidly to a predetermined temperature and to deal with its acceleration. SOLUTION: A mandrel 5 has a nonconductive mandrel body rotatably supported around a shaft having an air hole at a center, and a conductive sheath member provided integrally with the outer periphery of the body and having small thermal capacity. A mandrel heating station 6 for induction-heating the member of the mandrel 5 is disposed along a circulating route of the mandrel 5 at an upstream side of a can supply station 7 in a mandrel circulating direction. Further, a can heating station 8 for induction-heating a can 1 engaged with the heated mandrel 5 from its outer peripheral side is provided.
