PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily obtain thick film ceramics excellent in various characteristics such as magnetic susceptibility dependent on specified crystal orientation by forming a specified molded body with a soln. or sol contg. metallic elements constituting polycrystalline oxide ceramics and heat-treating the molded body. SOLUTION: A filmlike molded body having >=2mm, preferably <=1m width and <=500μm, preferably >=1μm thickness is formed with a soln. contg. metallic elements constituting polycrystalline oxide ceramics or a viscous sol prepd. from the soln., e.g. a sol obtd. by dissolving lead acetate, titanium isopropoxide and manganese acetate in 2-methoxyethanol and adding water. The molded body is then heat-treated preferably at 300-500 deg.C in the 1st stage and 600-1,500 deg.C in the 2nd stage. |
