PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily prevent toner from bringing and to prevent stress from being applied to waste toner by making deflection amount of a screw part caused by the eccentricity large to such an extent that the outermost peripheral part of the screw part in the midst of rotating does not interfere with the inner wall surface of a case surrounding the screw part. SOLUTION: The device is formed so that a value obtained by subtracting the maximum deflection amount at the time of rotating the screw part 60 of a toner carrying screw 42 from a clearance between the outermost periphery of the screw part 60 and the inner wall surface of a toner recovering case part 17a may be±1mm, for instance, by which the interference of the outermost periphery of the screw part 60 with the inner wall surface of the case part 17a is made as little as possible. Then, the maximum deflection amount of the screw part 60 at the time of rotation is set to >=0.5mm to <=3mm, for instance. By such consistion, a situation that the toner scraped from the photoreceptor 18 is left to adhere to the inner wall surface of the case part 17a and causes bridging is prevented by the deflection of the screw part 60 at the time of rotation, and the stress is not applied to the toner. |
