PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the early follow-up, advice and support for the design progress and to attain the designing as scheduled by inputting the design progress state in response to the voices given from a voice response device. SOLUTION: A voice response device 4 is called from a telephone set 1 put on the desk of a designer via a fixed extension number, etc. The device 4 sends the input data to a server 6 with the designer's telephone number and stores the data in a prepared data base as the designer-based or product number- based data. A personal computer 7 put on the desk of a process manager, etc., constitutes a client server system via an Ethernet 5. The computer 7 also requests the data to the server 6 at the client side and processes the obtained data by the application software. This software has a function to produce an alarm according to the 'change of achievement %' and a function to totalize the manhours imposed directly and thus supports the jobs of the process manager, etc. |
