PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate no looseness or the like so as not to impair appearance and sealing capability even if a die molded part is fitted into a recessed part of a corner part of a door sash of an automobile and prevent noise caused by wind pressure during travel. SOLUTION: In a die molded part 1 fitted to a corner part of a door sash of an automobile, a lateral side part 2 and a longitudinal side part 3 are integrally formed at an angular part 4, and an inner lip 8 and an outer lip 9 are provided at the tips of an internal wall 6 and an external wall 7 with a bottom wall 5 placed in between. An open lip angle α for facilitating die withdrawal is provided in such a way as to be inclined to the outside of an automobile, and the axis of the longitudinal side part is provided in such a way as to have an adjusting angle β to the outside of the automobile in relation to the axis of the lateral side part 2. This die molded part 1 is fitted to the door sash 11 so as to guide door glass 10 while holding it and to secure sealing capability against outside air and rain drops. |
