<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an external memory capacity depending on a compression rate by storing part of image data required for post image processing timewise after having been decode as a decoded form of data. SOLUTION: As to received bit stream data, to which storage area head data at a border of data for one image pattern are stored is managed. A required minimum image pattern part is read as a reference image pattern in the stored bit stream data. Then the bit stream data of the read image pattern part are decoded and stored as a reproduced image pattern in a predicted value storage means. The prediction storage means stores the image pattern part till a corresponding decoding image pattern is generated.</p> |
