PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a fiber fabric having deodorizing, antimicrobial and antifouling functions, useful as clothing, interior goods or hygienic products by immobilizing a titanium oxide photocatalyst to a fiber fabric through a silicone cross-linking type resin. SOLUTION: A plain fabric produced by weaving polyester spun yarns is impregnated with a silicone crosslinking type resin solution comprising silane hydrolyzate to form an intermediate layer of silicone-crosslinking type on the fabric surface. Then, the fabric is dipped in a silicone-crosslinking type resin solution containing a titanium oxide photocatalyst with a particle size of <=100nm, squeezed with a mangle, then heat-treated to form a silicone- crosslinking resin layer to which 0.1-20wt.%, based on the fiber fabric, of a titanium oxide photocatalyst is stuck. |
