<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to inject a liquid medicine liable to be deteriorated during preservation, in an aseptic condition when use with easier operation by connection a first sub bag having a freezer bag, a main bag and connectors for jointing them one another to a second liquid medicine bag having a second sub bag and a sterilizing filter with a tube. SOLUTION: When taking in umbilical blood from the umbilicus and the placenta using a blood-collecting needle 21 and then inject it in a main bag 2 containing anticoagulant and seal the bag with a clamp, a connector 23 of the main bag 2 and a connector 12 of a first liquid medicine bag 1 are joined together so as to transfer the blood agglutinant injected through a sterilizing filter to the main bag 2. Then, the centrifugation of the main bag 2 is performed to separate the blood into the blood plasma containing white corpuscles and blood corpuscles. A connector 24 of the main bag 2 and a connector 31 of a first sub bag 3 are joined together so as to transfer the supernatant liquid (blood plasma containing white corpuscles) in the main bag 2 to the first sub bag 3. Then, the first sub bag 3 is centrifuged to transfer the upper laying blood plasma to a second sub bag 4.</p> |
