<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the suspend resume of an LSI without requiring any trigger signal while saving data into an external storage device even when the LSI is operated in plural operating modes. SOLUTION: An LSI 1 is the controlled system of suspend resume. A central processing part 4 writes and reads the operating mode and operating state of the LSI 1 through a system bus 5 to the LSI 1 mode trace control part 2 and register trace control part 3. The mode trace control part 2 traces mode data showing the internal operating mode of the LSI 1. The register trace control part 3 traces status data showing the operating state of the LSI 1.</p> |
