PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the installation workability of an air conditioner, to keep appropriate functions, and to secure the good appearance by easily and correctly adjusting the height of the air conditioner (i.e., adjustment of the level) in installing the air conditioner on a floor. SOLUTION: In an air conditioner to be installed by loading a bottom part 1e of a casing 1 having approximately rectangular exterior appearance on a floor surface G, height adjusting means 21, 22 capable of adjusting the height of the bottom part 1e to the floor surface G are provided on the bottom part 1e of the casing 1. In installing the air conditioner, the height adjusting means 21, 22 are appropriately operated to adjust the height of each part of the bottom part of the air conditioner, and the air conditioner can be installed in a condition where the air conditioner is matched in the horizontal direction (or in the perpendicular direction) as much as possible irrespective of the condition of the level of the floor surface G. |
