PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate an abrupt directional change by increasing a differential limit force of a clutch with an operation of a parking brake when a vehicle speed is higher than a set value. SOLUTION: When an engine is started, an operation state of a side brake is confirmed with an ON-OFF signal of a side brake switch (S1). When the side brake is operated, it is judged whether or not a vehicle speed detected with a vehicle speed sensor exceeds 0km/h (set value) (S2). When the vehicle is running, an open degree of a solenoid valve is enlarged (S3). Then the differential rotation of the differential mechanism is limited with a multiple plate clutch. Otherwise, the differential movement thereof is locked. Consequently, the rear wheel is locked and a grip force against the road is lost, but the front wheel does not lose driving force even in this state.
