PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operability in the case of making a callback to a caller by a message function. SOLUTION: While a portable telephone terminal equipment 1091 is resident at the outside of a portable telephone service area 107, when a telephone terminal (not shown) makes a call to the terminal equipment 1091 , the call cannot be connected. When a caller requests message registration, a network service control station 103 registers the message and a telephone number of the telephone terminal obtained from a signal relay station 104 in pairs to an area storing message service information 111 of a database 102. When the portable telephone terminal equipment 1091 requests the read of the message in the portable telephone service area 107, the message is sent and when a loopback call is requested and the telephone number registered in pairs with the message is used and a call is set automatically with the telephone terminal. Thus, it is not required to make dialing by the portable telephone terminal equipment 1091 .
