PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain detailed advertisement of information and to facilitate handling and installation of the device by providing a means which uses an individual identification means for communication connection with a specific external device so as to output information distributed from the specific external device in communication connection. SOLUTION: The advertisement device is provided with an AC/DC converter 42 being a drive power supply and with a charger battery unit 43 and is operated by a DC power supply of the AC/DC converter 42 while charging the charger battery unit 43 in the usual operation. In the case that a service interruption is detected during operation, a SW 1 is switched to use the charger battery unit 43 for its operation. Furthermore, the advertisement device is provided with a solar battery as an auxiliary power supply. The capacity of the solar battery 44 is selected based on the application and operation form of the advertisement device such as the driving capacity of the entire advertisement device, charging of the charger battery unit 43. |
