<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save labor of plant operation by sending event occurrence to previously defined portable terminal or remote terminal when a message supemisory part recognizes event occurrence to be informed. SOLUTION: Of all events that are recognized in a man-machine interface part 20, events which should be sent to a portable terminal 30 and a remote terminal 32 are registered in an event registering part 40. A message supervisory part 50 confirms whether an event which took place is defined in the part 40 as one that should be sent to the terminals 30 or 32. A message management part 60 transmits event occurrence to the terminals 30 or 32 by using a communication line when the event is judged to be sent to the terminals 30 or 32 by the part 50. Thereby, a controller directly has communication with a site operator through the terminal 30 about a simple matter, and can have communication with an operation operator with the terminal 32 about an important matter.</p> |
