<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently measure the position of a working hole. SOLUTION: When measuring the position of the working hole, first of all, it is measured while moving a measuring probe 14 based on design data. The measured result is stored in a data base 25, the degree of dispersion from the designed value of the working hole is calculated by a deviation quantity calculating part 32 and a deviation direction calculating part 34, the tendency of dispersion is judged by a measured value transition judging part 36, and this dispersion degree is stored in the data base 25 as a reference value. Following measurement is performed while referring to the design data and this reference value.</p> |
