<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reutilize coating material refuse by a simple process and equipment by recovering moisture-containing coating material refuse to calcine the same and supporting bacteria on coating material residue after calcination. SOLUTION: Moisture-containing coating material refuse discharged at a time of coating work is recovered (step A) to be calcined (step B). Subsequently, moisture is evaporated to take out ash like lightweight coating material residue reduced in vol. (step C). Succeedingly, bacteria such as bifid bacteria performing water purifying action for the purifying treatment of sewage are supported on the coating material refuse (step D). If necessary, moisture or nutrients are added to the coating material residue to sprinkle the refuse for the purpose of the treatment of sewage or sludge (step E). If bacteria act on sewage or sludge to consume, decompose and remove org. matter, either one of aerobic or anaerobic bacteria may be used and both bacteria may be mixed. By this constitution, coating material refuse can be simply utilized.</p> |
