<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a tool by directly winding an antenna on core of a card half-body, and mating to assemble two card half-bodies, thereby reducing number of performing operations. SOLUTION: A first card half-body 10a has a core 11 protruding from an entire surface of the body 10a. The core 10 coincides with a size of a formed antenna. The antenna is formed by directly winding it on a periphery of the core 11. A wire 20 is wound by rotating the body 10a to be driven to the periphery of the core 11. The antenna is wound, a printed circuit is mounted, the antenna is soldered to the circuit, and then a second card half-body 10b is assembled to form the card 10. The first and second bodies are mated and assembled by an ultrasonic welding. Thus, the antenna of a portable article can be manufactured by one time coil winding operation.</p> |
