PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a radiation-curable resin compsn. which gives a cured coating film excellent in adhesive properties, heat resistance, etc., by compounding two specific (meth)acryloylated compds., a radiation polymn. initiator, and silica particles having specified particle sizes. SOLUTION: This compsn. comprises a (meth)acryloylated compd. represented by formula I [wherein R<1> is H or methyl; X<1> is -(R<2> -O)l (wherein R<2> is 2-6C alkylene; and l is 0-5); X<2> is a group represented by formula II; m is 0-1; Ar is phenylene, etc.; Y is a divalent org. group; and n is 1-35], a (meth)acryloylated compd. represented by formula III [wherein X<3> is a group represented by formula IV; 0<p<=2; a is 0-3; X<4> is -(H)b (wherein b is 0-3); X<5> is a group represented by formula V; q is 0-5; c is 0-3; and a+b+c is 4] or by formula IV [wherein X<6> is a group represented by formula II; aa is 0-5; X<7> is -(H)bb (wherein bb is 0-5); X<8> is a group represented by formula VIII; cc is 0-5; and aa+bb+cc is 6], a radiation polymn. initiator, and silica particles having an average secondary particle size of 0.5-5μm.
