PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease width in an axial direction as low as possible. SOLUTION: A thrust needle roller bearing comprises a plurality of needle rollers 1; and a pocket 24 formed of a single annular sheet bent in a shape in which an intermediate region in a radial direction is protruded to one side in an axial direction and housing one needle roller 1 in each of a plurality of periphery parts of a protrusion part. The thrust needle roller bearing comprises a holder 2 provided with flat parts 22 and 23 for guide at the inside and the outside in a radial direction of an intermediate region; and a race 3 arranged on one side in an axial direction, in which the flat parts 22 and 23 for guide of the holder 2 are arranged, of the holder 2 and forming the transfer surface of the needle roller 1. Further, the pocket 24 of the holder 2 is provided with a single narrow part to block slip-off of the needle roller 1 to the protrusion part side of the holder 2, and the race 3 is axially non- separately engaged with the holder 2 and blocks slip-off of the needle roller 1 to the race 3 side.
