PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow the user to receive a speech message at a position convenient for viewing by using a wrist mount message display unit with a low power consumption so as to receive the speech message via a belt mount pager receiving and detecting the message. SOLUTION: A communication transmitter 12 sends a coded message to a pager 16 in a form of a speech message page via a 1st communication channel 14. The speech message has an address to identify the pager 16 and voice, data message follow the last half of the message. Furthermore, the pager 16 receiving and detecting the message is mounted on a belt of the user 18 and in the case of reception, the arrival of a message is sensed by an audible sense and a touch sense and a message succeeding just after is stored. The stored data are sent to a wrist mount message display unit 22 using a low power transmitter built in the pager 16 via a 2nd communication channel such as a low power FM signal. Thus, the user 18 receives the message at a position convenient for viewing. |
