PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assure reduction of manufacturing and assembling manhours and of cost of an air bag device. SOLUTION: A bolt 1 for attaching an air bag device to a vehicle is installed from the inside of a hole 20 of a cylindrical case 2, and its thread part 12 projects outside the case 2. A cylindrical inflator 3 is housed in the case 2, and a head part 11 is pinched by the inflator 3 and the case 2 to fix the bolt 1 to the case 2. On a first end face 32a of one end part 32 of the inflator is provided a gas injection part 34 which is provided with a gas blowout hole 33 on the circumferential surface and projects in the axial direction, and the gas blown out from the injection part 34 is introduced toward the air bag from a gas injection window 26 of the case 2. On the other end part 31 side of the inflator 3 is provided a connector 6 which is electrically connected to the harness 5. Pawls 21 and 22 provided on the case 3 are respectively caulked in a taper shape radially and inwardly to abutt the end parts 31 and 32 obliquely and regulate axial and radial movements of the inflator 3. |
