PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display on the driver's seat the charge alarm of a battery mounted on an electric vehicle or a hybrid car and the information on the residual quantity of charge and the period of battery exchange. SOLUTION: A program control circuit 7 takes in the information on voltage and current during charge and discharge of the battery mounted on a vehicle, and operated the information regalrd deterioration, while referring to the multiple charge and discharge voltage-current characteristics corresponding to the degree of deterioration stored in advance in a memory means 70, for the battery and roughly classifies and indicates the charge alarm and the information on the residual quantity of charge and the fine for battery exchange on a display means provided at the driver's seat, hereby. The charge condition and the use limit of the battery 3 are displayed at the driver's seat at all time, so that the time period and the distance which it can travel until reaching battery charge up or battery exchange can be forecast, and sudden stops on a road can be avoided. |
