PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide equipment usable for endoscopic technology and other minimum attack surgical treatment by moving a first electrode from opening position to blocking position so that second and third electrodes are parallel to the axial line, when the first electrode is in the blocking position. SOLUTION: An electric connector is passed through a hollow pipe 16 and connected to an end effector 14 through a wire. The end effector 14 has a first jaw member 32 and a second jaw member 34, the first jaw member 32 has a first electrode 36 which may be a triangular electrode, and the second jaw member 34 has second and third electrodes 38, 40 which may be of separation type. When the first electrode 36 is set in blocking position, the first electrode 36 is moved from opening position to the blocking position so that the second and third electrodes 38, 40 are parallel to the axial line. Thus, equipment usable for endoscopic technology and other minimum attack surgical treatments can be provided. |
