PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a shooting bar from remotely moving and carelessly shooting a staple by imparting a resistance to the remote movement of the shooting bar when a shooting trigger is pivotally rotated from non-shooting position to a shooting position. SOLUTION: A shooting trigger 31 is pivotally provided on a frame by a shooting trigger pivot pin 50 separated from a fastening trigger pivot pin 41. When a shooting trigger 31 is in a non-shooting position where a fastening trigger 30 is closed, a fixed slot pin 67 is closely fitted to the remote protruding surfaces of first and second stoppers 68, 69, so that the first and second stoppers 68, 69 works as leaf springs of spacer plate slots to impart a resistance to the movement of a shooting bar to a remote position when the shooting trigger 31 is pivotally rotated toward the fastening trigger 30. Thus, the careless shooting of a staple can be prevented. |
